After Etsy processes your payment, you will receive an email with a link to your downloads. You can always access your downloads by visiting your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews. If you cannot find the email, please check your Spam, Trash, Social, and Promotions inboxes
Etsy does not support downloading digital files via Etsy App. Use one of the following options:

1- Open your email and click 'View Your Files on Etsy' in the email received from Etsy. Login to your Etsy account. You can see the links to your files.

2- Login to your Etsy account using a browser on your mobile phone or laptop. Click on Your Account. Select Purchases and Reviews and then Your Order. Select the option 'Download Files'. You will see the link to your files.

There are no limits to how many times you can download a file. If the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed, you can always access the files on your Purchases page. You should download the files to your own device as soon as the purchase is complete, just to be safe.

For digital downloads: The shop follows Etsy's guidelines and, due to the nature of these products, does not refund digital products, including those that are ordered on accident or in personal error.
