Rush Orders
If you need the item on a certain date, please contact me with the date and location to be delivered before you order.
We are NOT responsible for any orders that got delayed by the shipping company.

Lost Packages
Please contact us immediately if your package seems lost in transit.
Domestic orders: if your order is marked as Delivered, we can remake your order with a replacement fee.
Please note that some packages may require signature confirmation, so please contact your postal service to ensure that they are not holding the package.
International orders: we are required 45 days to file insurance claims for international shipments due to customs checks.
Please let us know if you see that customs is holding your package for longer than one month.
Any claims must be made within 90 days of the original shipment date.

International Order & Duties, Taxes
Each and every country have different import tax law.
Buyer must contact custom for current import tax and any fees for importing jewelry made with gold or diamonds or gemstones buyers are purchasing from the USA.
If items get returned without consulting with us, any fees charged to us will be the buyers' responsibility.
Returns
Please use a good box or padded envelope to protect the item.
If the item gets damaged in transit, the buyer is responsible for the loss in value.
The jewelry box has to come with the item.
If it does not come with the item or if it's damaged it will be deducted from the refund amount.
When shipping back anything with a chain, please put it the way it was shipped to you so it doesn't get tangled.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
A refund will be issued without the shipping fee that was paid to ship the item.

Production time
All La Boutique By Julia's jewelry is carefully handmade in our Los Angeles Studio. Since each piece is made to order, please allow us 2 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) before we ship your order.
If you need it on a certain date please contact us for the possibility and the correct shipping method.
Please double-check your address.
Item will be shipped to the address buyer provides.
We are NOT responsible for lost items or delays occurring due to the wrong address provided.
Cancellation
If the buyer needs to cancel the order it must be done within 24 hours to avoid a cancelling fee.
- Cancelling after 24 hours fee – 10% of the purchased item(s)
- Cancelling after 5 consecutive days fee – 25% of the purchased item(s).
