I always knew I wanted to be an Architect, but I was always extremely nervous that I wouldn't be able to keep up with the extreme design requirements. I have always loved arts and crafts of all kinds, but I was never able to "make" what I saw in my mind. I spent years like that, and finally just accepted that I'd have to muddle along with what I had.
When I finally got to college and began working on my portfolio, I discovered a love for letting the art "become". Sometimes the shape of the piece has its own path, and you have to let it develop without trying to force yourself on it. When I finally discovered that, I suddenly had an incredible bandwidth for art. Many of my pieces are created alongside my Architectural projects, and served as huge sources of inspiration in my work. I hope that you can appreciate my work for what it is; an evolution of self.
