Can I change the typeface or colours?
The typefaces and colours chosen should suit the design chosen. These can however be changed if you are looking for particular words and colours please let us know when you are placing your order.
Are the sweets Halal or Kosher.
Unfortunately the sweets supplied as standard are not suitable for Halal or Kosher diets. They are not suitable either for people on a vegan diet. Please contact us if you want suitable sweets as we may be able to offer alternatives.
We now have a sweetie box that is Halal which you can see in our shop.
Returns for Personalised Products
All our products are personalised to order so we advise you to check these details carefully before completing your order as we cannot accept returns where these details may be incorrect.
We are responsible for any errors we make which we will rectify as soon as possible.
Any products which are damaged in transit we will refund or replace.
Delivery Timescales
The manufacture and delivery timescales are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Letterbox items can only be tracked if the courier service is selected as the Royal Mail do not provide tracking for large letter services.
