This lovely lady is amazing!! She helped me from start to finish in producing a beautiful family tree frame for my mother in law for xmas. She stayed in contact with me through the whole process right up to delivery. We had an issue beyond her control (delivery) but it was resolved quickly and again remained in touch with me.
