Typically it takes 2 - 4 WEEKS to ship internationally so please allow plenty of time for your order to come, especially if it is for a special occasion.
European customers can expect their parcel in 1 - 2 WEEKS. Please be patient as it usually depends on the work of Customs.

*UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If your package was returned to us as unclaimed we'll contact you for further information on delivery or canceling an order.
Redelivery will cost 8€. The delivery cost is not refundable.

* LOST PACKAGES
The package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 7-8 weeks from the posting date and tracking does not work.
We will fill in the claim about the loss on our own.

*CARE & WASHING

We are hoping for your gentle care. Although we would prefer you to wash your backpacks by hand, we know you are busy, so you can wash it on a gentle cycle of 30 degrees in the washing machine. But no tumble dry, you are not that busy! Obviously, wash dark colors separately.

*Conditions of Return and Exchange

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition - it must be in all tags and unused - we can't accept it. If we do not accept the package, the buyer will have to pay for the shipping.
