3 out of 5 starsThis is the first time I haven't been able to give a very good review on Etsy. I've received no response to dozens of messages over the course of weeks, only after contacting customer service. The shipping and product seemed to me as if it had been initiated by a third party and/or forgotten (in the shipping history: a label was submitted and then nothing happened). When the seller finally responded after contacting Etsy's help service, things finally moved forward, and the package arrived within days. Unfortunately, it wasn't as ordered. I ordered picture 8 (Lotus); the product arrived completely without ornamentation. I also wrote to the seller about how disappointed I was with the entire process; there was no response (neither an apology nor an offer of a replacement). After the review, the shop will surely have a new account soon.

We’re truly sorry for the experience you had. During that period, our shop unexpectedly lost access to our Etsy account and couldn’t respond or process orders for several weeks. Once access was restored, we reached out and offered a free replacement with the Lotus engraving. We take full responsibility for the inconvenience and have since implemented stronger systems — backup access, improved communication tracking, and quality checks — to ensure smooth operations and accurate, timely service.
