No, we do not provide embroidery on inside sleeves due to limitations with securely fixing the hoop for embroidery.

All necessary information for customization should be included in the personalization box during checkout to ensure accurate customization of your order.
Do we handle the conversion of English dates to Roman dates ourselves?
Yes, we will convert English dates to Roman dates in-house.
Do we accept returns for personalized orders?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for personalized orders as they cannot be resold.

We're unable to revise orders once placed due to our short processing time. However, changes can be accommodated if notified within 1-2 hours of order placement.
