Shipping

- PHYSICAL ITEMS -

All physical items are shipped from the United Kingdom.
UK (England) orders will be shipped via Royal Mail first class. It usually takes 1-3 days to arrived after dispatch.
Framed pictures will be shipped via Royal Mail Signed for first class.

International orders outside the United Kingdom will be sent Royalmail International Standard. Framed pictures will be shipped via Royal Mail International tracked and signed.

SHIPPING UPGRADE
If you would like to upgrade your shipping options, please let me know in advanced.

LARGE ITEMS (FRAMED PICTURES):
UK orders: Framed pictures will be shipped via Royal Mail Signed for first class.
International orders: will be shipped via Royal Mail International tracked and signed.

For custom or made to order items, once your order is completed, your item will be dispatched within 1-2 weeks and you will receive a confirmation

Framed items will be wrapped in paper + bubble wrap and mailed inside a jiffy bag / box.


- DELIVERY ADDRESS -
Your order will be dispatched to the delivery address you give to me at checkout.
PLEASE DO DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE YOU CHECKOUT.


- DIGITAL OR PRINTABLE ITEMS -
PLEASE NOTE, NO PHYSICAL ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED.
A PDF file can be downloaded directly via Etsy after purchasing.
For custom or made to order digital/printable items, once your order is completed, the pdf file will be sent via e-mail or dropbox link.

- Digital / Printable items -
To obtain the best result, I recommend to print them on thick, heavy weight paper, at least 200gsm.
