I have a question about canvas prints
A canvas is a statement piece and artwork all in one, I am sure you will enjoy seeing it every day in your home.
The art is printed on a 20.5 mil thick canvas on textured and fade-resistant canvas and mounting brackets are included on each canvas.
All of our canvas are hand made on demand on solid wood, allowing us to get the best result possible.
I have a question about paper prints
The paper prints are unframed, professionally printed on 10.3 mil, museum quality paper. Affordable and durable, our posters are giclée-printed on archival, acid-free paper that yields brilliant prints to brighten up any room.
All of our poster prints are hand made on demand, shipped in sturdy packaging to avoid any damage on delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
The standard shipping for all products is 5-7 business days, though delays may occur depending on factors that may be out of our control. If you have not received your order within 14 days after your order was confirmed, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order as we will be happy to provide any help we can.
Returns due to incorrect delivery address
If a print is returned due to an incorrect address, we will be happy to send it back out free of charge as long as it is within 4 weeks of the return date. If no new address is provided within those 4 weeks, the delivery company will remove the print and we will donate it to charity. At this point a new print will need to be purchased.
Returns due to incorrect or damaged goods
If there is an issue with the print, such as an incorrect item or damaged good, we will be happy to send out a new print free of charge as long as it is within 4 weeks of the delivery date. If no complaint is made after those 4 weeks, we will be unable to provide a new free print and a new print will need to be purchased.
