What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the nature of handmade and customized items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there are any issues.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes or cancellations within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, we may not be able to make changes as the production process might have already started.
