How do I download my files?
After purchasing, you can download your files from:
Etsy → Your Account → Purchases → Download Files
You will also receive an email from Etsy with a download link.
Note: Files cannot be downloaded through the Etsy mobile app. Please use a web browser.
What type of files will I receive?
You will receive high-quality digital files such as:
PNG (transparent background)
PDF (if included)
SVG
All files are high resolution (300 DPI) and ready for printing.
Do you send physical products?
No. All items in this shop are digital downloads only.
No physical items will be shipped.
Can I use these designs for commercial use?
Yes! You may use the designs for:
✔ Personal use
✔ Small business use (physical products)
You may NOT resell, share, or distribute the digital files themselves.
I cannot download my files. What should I do?
Please check:
Use a web browser (not the Etsy app)
Go to your Etsy Purchases page
Click “Download Files”
If you still have issues, send me a message and I will help immediately.
Can I get a refund for digital items?
Because digital items cannot be returned, refunds are not offered after download.
However, if you have any issues with your files, please contact me and I will gladly assist.
Can you customize a design for me?
Currently, customization is not offered, but you can always message me for special requests.
