Where Do I Download My Purchased Files?
Accessing your files is nice and easy, but “where” you access them depends on how you ordered.
• ETSY ACCOUNT >
If you ordered while "logged into your Etsy account", the link to download your artwork files will be found under the "Purchases and Reviews" section in your Etsy account.
• GUEST CHECKOUT >
If you checked out "as a guest" your download links will be found in the email that was sent to you after purchase. Remember to check your junk/spam/archive folder as well.
And if you still can't locate the email, try doing a search in your email program for "transaction@etsy.com".
Mobile Device Users, Where Do I Download The Files?
You can't download digital purchases through the Etsy app at this time.
To download your digital item, please sign in to Etsy on either your mobile browser or your computer.
This is because the current Etsy mobile APP doesn’t have download functionality. So please don’t look for your download links in the Etsy Mobile App, you won’t find them there.

For the 5x7 and 8x10 inch sizes you can easily print at home using a standard home printer.
For the larger sizes you will need to take them to your local print service to have them print for you (typically by transferring the files onto a USB flash drive or memory card).
There are many great places to get your artwork printed such as Walgreens, Walmart, Costco, Staples, Shutterfly, Nations Photo Lab, Snapfish etc just to name a few.
