When can I expect my order to arrive?
It really depends on what you order! Each item in my shop has the time needed for me to make a product written on the listing, depending on if it's already made or made to order. After I ship your item, it can take between few days and few weeks for your order to arrive, depending on where you're from. Unfortunately, right now, due to Covid, the shipping time may be delayed by the shipping company. I'll do everything in my power to make sure your shipping arrives as fast as possible, but once I give the package to the shipping company, there's not much I can do. You will, of course, receive a tracking number for your order so you can track your packet at any time.
Do you accept returns?
Generally, no. Almost all of my items are made to order and on those I do not accept cancelations or returns - but, feel free to contact me if there is any problem with your product! If you have a problem with your product that is made by my mistake, I will accept a return and give you a refund as soon as the product arrives back to me. Be aware that I will only refund a cost of the product, not the shipping expenses. The product has to arrive back to me in the same state as when you received it if you want to be eligible for a refund.
I will not offer refunds for products that were mishandled by the customer or by the shipping company - you have to contact the shipping company for reimbursement.
Estimated shipping time is over, but I didn't receive my package yet. What should I do?
If the estimated shipping time has passed and you still didn't receive your order, feel free to contact me. Right now, due to Covid, delays for international shipping are possible. Nontheless, feel free to reach out to me. If the estimated shipping time has passed, I will contact my local post office and make a search inquiry for your package. If your package still doesn't arrive 60 days after making a search inquiry, it will be counted as a "lost package" and the post office will refund me, after which I'll refund you. In the meantime, feel free to also contact your local post office and ask if there is anything else we can do to speed up the process, I'm willing to help if I can! :)
