5 out of 5 starsI didn’t quite need customer service but it was nice to chat with Jamie and I took his suggestion and paired the insert with a bi-directional bezel. I ordered several case sets so I could choose the color I want to go with this nice blue bezel insert. The quality is top notch. I can’t wait to gift a watch to one of my medical professional family members! Thank you! (Pics will update when it’s completed)
