Seller sent me a video after I had trouble getting this one and off my Whoop. It worked just as I expected. Now can still use my old bands with my new Whoop!

No fault with the product at all - it is great quality and smart design. However the functionality with some 4.0 straps do not allow for a secure fit. Attaches to the strap and unit itself with no issue, but just not secure as hoped with some 4.0 straps

The item fits the device perfectly, providing a tight fit. Watch the video to learn how to remove it. However, if you’re as obsessed with changing different straps and colours daily as I am, this might not be the ideal solution. It’s probably best to change the bracelet once a week or two. It’s not the makers’ fault; it’s whoops fault for not having a more versatile option like the Apple Watch. I still have my first Apple Watch strap, which I bought back in 2014, and it still fits my Apple Watch Ultra, which I bought last year. Overall, well done.
