well, what can I say? 1st spoon never made it to the NL but I've always been in touch with them and we both strived to solve the issue. In the end, not being able to know what became of that spoon, they agreed in sending a new one (without me paying again). Finally this 2nd one arrived after only 5-6 days. It looks really nice and we are happy to start using it for our beloved Sally. Thanks again ^_^
