How do I access my PDF file after purchase?
Once your order is complete, check the email linked to your Etsy account or go to your Etsy profile → Purchases & Reviews. Locate your order and click Download Files to get the PDF containing your Canva access link.
I didn’t receive my order—what should I do?
If you didn’t get your PDF, it may be because the order was placed as a Guest or using an Apple ID, which can hide your email. To avoid this issue, it’s best to purchase using a regular Etsy account. If you still don’t receive your file, message me on Etsy and I’ll send it directly.
I can’t download my PDF file—what should I do?
PDF downloads aren’t supported through the Etsy app. Please use a web browser like Chrome or Safari to access and download your file.
