I have ALWAYS had a love for crafting. From a very young age, I consistently found myself utilizing creativity and imagination to design things on my own. Whenever there was a holiday or celebration, I would think of ways to create diy projects.
The newsletter inspiration started when I got married. Right after becoming engaged, I of course started planning for the wedding like crazy! I couldn't wait to incorporate my crafting skills into the wedding. After I had asked my bridesmaids to be a part of my special day, I thought, "How fun would it be to do a newsletter for them every few months to keep everyone updated on all of the wedding details?" So I did just that! I created a Bridesmaid Newsletter for them, sending out a total of four, every few months. My newsletters were sent through the mail, which you can do too, and my bridesmaids LOVED IT! They enjoyed being in the know. I was able to inform them about all of the wedding details by using the newsletters to provide reminders and information on upcoming dates.
Since my bridal party loved these newsletters so much, I decided to share my creativity with future brides-to-be and bridal party members. If you're thinking that you are not overly creative, no worries, that is exactly why I created these newsletters. Working with the digital files enables you to edit and design your own bridesmaid newsletter that fits your wedding theme. Not only will the newsletters help you stay on track, but they will help your bridesmaids feel connected to the wedding every step of the way.

But the shop owner was super nice and went in and sent me an editable version for what I needed for a small fee. Ladies, if you are wanting to stay on top of your events for your wedding, this is the perfect purchase!!! Love this product and the awesome shop owner!! Thanks so much!!!

Can I do a personalized or custom order?
Absolutely!
PERSONALIZED ORDER: Includes changes in the color scheme, additional text and/or photo boxes or removal of text and/or photo boxes. Note there will be an additional fee.
CUSTOM ORDER: Do you have a vision for a custom newsletter? Contact me with your theme, colors, etc. and provide up to three photos incorporating your ideas. Additional fee determined after reviewing the extent of personalization.
Is the PDF template easy to edit?
Yes! The purpose of the editable newsletter is to take all the hard work away from you. All you have to do is add your text and images. For this to be easy and stress free, all you need is ADOBE READER for Mac or Windows PC.
If you do not have Adobe Reader installed, it is free to use and you can download it at: http://get.adobe.com/reader
Can I work on the PDF file on my tablet or phone?
No. The PDF files only work for Mac or Windows PC. Adobe Reader on tablets/ mobile devices may not include all the apps features, therefore making your file unusable.
Can I change the font style and size?
Yes. All text can be formatted (font style, size, color and alignment). Click on any text box, then press Command+E (Mac) or Ctrl+E (Windows PC) and a formatting box will appear to begin updating your text.
** If the fonts in your PDF do not match the fonts shown in the shop example this means the PDF file has been opened in another PDF viewer (such as Mac's default reader, Preview) prior to being opened in Adobe Reader. This is easily solved by downloading the file again from Etsy.
Can I put text instead of photos?
No. Because the PDF files are created as editable/ interactive PDF forms. Therefore the text boxes only accept text and image boxes only accept photos (in the form of a PDF file).
** Remember both photos and text will enhance your newsletter!
Can I modify the layout or design?
No. The PDF template has a fixed layout and design, which cannot be modified. This includes the design layout (margins and dimensions and the number of text and image boxes within the template), colors and font style.
