I take the utmost care in wrapping and protecting your beautiful crystals when I ship them out to you. Please take equal care when opening your package and wrapping so as to get your pieces in the best condition possible.
Returns
I want to make sure you truly love every piece you purchase from Reflective Magic Crystal Shop. I do my best to list and photograph every detail of every piece.
If you are unhappy with anything you receive, I will work with you as best as I can to make you happy.
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item you are considering returning so we can work together on a refund, exchange or other accommodation. Photographs may be required in some cases.
