If you have a specific costume, prop or cosplay accessory in mind, message us with us a picture, and we’ll let you know if we can make it and provide a cost estimate.
Please note that, depending on our schedule or availability of materials, we may not always be able to accept custom orders.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us immediately. You can return the item within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll issue a refund once we’ve received it back.

Once we receive your payment through Etsy, we’ll ship your item(s) within 1-3 days, except for "Make to Order" items, which typically take longer to create and ship.
If you’d like to cancel an order before it’s marked as shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
We offer worldwide shipping via standard Serbian Post services. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge, and we’ll inform you of any extra costs.
The average delivery time for international packages is 20-45 days.
Please contact us if you have not received your item within 30-40 days.

While we strive to ensure a smooth delivery process, please note that purchasing online carries some risks. We do not offer postal insurance for packages and we also cannot control shipping delays (such as during peak seasons like November-December) or any other unforeseen circumstances once the item has been shipped.

The average delivery time for international packages is 20-45 days. If you have not received your order after 45 days and there are no updates on the tracking information, please contact us. We will initiate an inquiry with the Post Office to locate your package.
If the item is confirmed as lost, we will issue a refund.

While we strive to ensure a smooth delivery process we are unfortunatelly not responsible for any additional shipping fees, customs charges, duties, tariffs, or other costs associated with international shipments outside of Serbia.
Please check your local custom charges for packages from outside your country before placing an order.

We do accept returns and exchanges excluding digital items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, I am unable to accept returns after this time period. Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.

If you change your mind or need to return/exchange an item (also if you don't fetch the package or provided an incorrect address), please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs and any additional fees. Refunds will be processed once the item is returned, excluding shipping and other fees.

For exchanges, I will be happy to create a new listing after receiving the original item.
