Rock the Flops offers returns with EXCEPTIONS. Must not have been worn by customer or cannot take back for a refund. Cannot cancel order if already mailed within estimated delivery notice indicated in invoice. If needed sooner than my turnaround time, please always let me know. I often will bump up order a bit or you can purchase a RUSH order from my shop. Message me for details. In many cases we can work something out if you are not satisfied. I can change something for you that you didn't like once you received them. However Shipping Cost of returns are the Responsibility of the Buyer Unless they arrive damaged. Keep in mind these are handmade and resale can be difficult for this shop if custom made. I do charge $15.00 for size changes .This does not include your shipping cost. I will also accept a design exchange . Shipping Cost is Buyers Responsibility .Often times I will get LAST MINUTE ORDERS. I will do A RUSH ORDER for $20.00 . Delivery will be within 7 days.. Two day Priority Mail. If it is Multiple pairs you are ordering, the price will be increased.
