Weaving was introduced to me at age 15 at a local textile studio, and I have been creating fabrics ever since. Learning to weave, I was trained toward a contemporary aesthetic. These days, I love intricate patterns and rustic raw edges. I love to create custom pieces, and I am comfortable designing a wide range of styles and concepts in both home accents, and garments.

My work ethic has always maintained the ideals of environmental health, and sustainability. In my shop, every item has been handmade with all natural, found, or repurposed materials on Nantucket Island, Massachusetts. I weave on vintage wooden floor looms, and source my yarns as locally as possible. I never purchase synthetic fibers for my handmade work. I am inspired by nature, and I love making things for children. I have alway had a love for art, working with my hands, and finding ways to live mindfully, and reduce our impact on the Earth.
