It was distressing to not know that until after I had paid for the item. Then I find out it is coming from China. It felt deceitful, and I was very worried I would not get it in time.

I bought two and they are so classy in the hallway of our 5 star salon suite business. 100% recommend this company for high quality , great value, communication and high end materials used!

1 out of 5 starsDon't buy a sign from them. I spent over 1 k, and the sign comes in pieces. It took over 10 hours to put together and was not easy to do. With the price I paid, that sign should have been shipped assembled and ready to go. I'm very disappointed.

For clarity to future buyers, metal backlit signs are generally shipped in components by all manufacturers to ensure safe transit and prevent damage. Due to their size, structure, and electrical setup, shipping them fully assembled isn’t practical. We also shared all the details regarding assembly in advance to keep everything transparent. The installation process is straightforward, and guidance is always available. Many customers also choose professional installation for added ease. We’re always here to support and ensure a smooth experience from delivery to setup.
