Digital purchases are available for immediate download after payment is confirmed. Here's how to do it:

If you need your purchase in a hurry please add an upgrade to your shipping.

I'VE RECEIVED DAMAGED ITEM:
If your package has arrived and you are missing items or the items are damaged please let us know within 3 working days of delivery.
To work with you to resolve these issues we will need photos of the packaging and any damaged items.
If your item is returned by the shipper we will contact you. We will confirm your details with you and require you to pay additional postage to resend your order.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?:
If you do need to return an item please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back to us within 30 days of delivery.
Please ensure the items are unopened/unused and in their original packaging as opened items cannot be refunded.
Please note, return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, however we always recommend the use of a recorded return shipping service as items lost in return mail cannot be refunded.
What paper do I use for my printable papercraft
We use 220-280gms paper. It is more like a thin cardboard.
For our sculptures we use Fedrigioni Italian paper with a pearly surface.
