Postal delays are due to holiday seasons and strikes. The arrival times for all parcels are out of control, and we choose to believe only the Royal Mail's latest notice.

1. All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd class. Under normal circumstances, customers typically receive their mail within two to four days (exceptions for holidays and strikes). For parcels without tracking, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels. However, since all our orders have ETSY shipping labels, any losses during transit are covered by ETSY's purchase protection program.
2. All orders outside the UK are shipped by Royal Mail international standard mail. We purchase ETSY shipping labels for all our orders, and any losses during transit are covered by ETSY's purchase protection program.
- Return or Refund
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the package.
All jewelry must be unworn and kept in its original condition and packaging when returned. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if they have been worn.
Please note that, as we never resell jewelry that has been worn or returned, a 30% reprocessing fee will be applied to returned jewelry. The 30% fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the returned product does not meet our return policy requirements, SofiabyGrace reserves the right to refuse the return or refund. You are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as damaged items, so we recommend providing tracking and insurance during the return process.
- Shipping Address
All orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided through the Etsy order.
Please carefully check that the address is complete and accurate before payment. The buyer is responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct when placing an order. We do not take responsibility for packages shipped to the wrong address. Please ensure the buyer provides the correct delivery address on the order, as we will not send any replacement packages due to incorrect addresses.
