When do you ship?
I ship from Monday to Friday: cacti and succulents have extraordinary strength and withstand the absence of light and water for several days. If you see them a little wasted on their arrival, wait a few days for them to recover and not put them immediately under the direct light of the Sun, usual slowly.Shipping times could be longer during the Christmas period or sales, for my part I try to prepare packages as quickly as possible so as to reduce delivery times.

Expedition
Incorrect or incomplete contact details preclude the success of the shipment and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the data is correct. This does not guarantee refunds or returns. It is recommended to provide the telephone number of the recipient.The Company also does not take charge of delays attributable to the courier and in no case can therefore be held responsible. Any delays in deliveries do not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery of the products, nor to claim compensation or compensation of any kind.Upon delivery of the goods, in the presence of the courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the Waybill and that the packaging is intact.
Condition of the plant upon arrival
Some more fragile plants may lose some leaves.Soil spills are not harmful to the plant, capable of living even with bare root.If you find any dry or yellowed leaves, detach them as well, the plant will not be affected as it is part of its life cycle.Unless otherwise specified, the photos are indicative and the plants may be smaller or larger than shown in the photo.
Terms & Conditions
Pre-contractual information for the consumer – artt. 49 ss of Legislative Decree 206/2005.The Customer before the conclusion of the purchase contract, takes note of the characteristics of the goods that are illustrated in the individual product sheets.Prior to the validation of the order, the Customer is informed about:– total price of the goods including taxes, with details of shipping costs and any other costs;– payment methods;– the deadline within which the Company undertakes to deliver the goods.Refunds and returns are not accepted.During the completion of the order, the Customer must declare that he has read and accepted in its entirety these conditions of sale.
ENGRAFTMENT GUARANTEE
Since the engraftment of the plants depends on numerous factors, even concomitant, such as the care at the time of arrival, the preparation of the soil, the planting and the appropriate cultivation operations in the period immediately following the planting, the adequate and regular watering during the summer period, the onset of diseases as well as the climatic and meteoric conditions of the place where the planting is carried out, this engraftment is never guaranteed by the Company.
Shipping Insurance
In case of insured shipping, the value of the package is refunded only in case of loss or damage.The refund is made when the carrier has ordered the appropriate checks. The elapsed time varies from 30 to 90 days. The Company does not refund on its behalf but will produce the material necessary to obtain the refund, nor will it be responsible in any way for any disputes by the carrier.
