4 out of 5 starsThe hat is as advertised, tall and full and looks like the photos. So, I believe you do get what you pay for, and my niece loved it. The issue was the long wait for it to be completed, plus shipping was delayed. The seller had the flu close to the due date, and did explain this, but I had to reach out first when I noticed the pkg wasn't moving. She did offer to send a replacement, but in the end I did not get it in time for my niece's birthday, so I had to ship it myself. Good quality for the price, but if you have an event, don't plan on timely delivery.
