All orders my UK orders are sent by Royal Mail first class post which generally arrives within 1-3 working days after dispatch, but can sometimes takes longer. Once an item leaves my hands then it is out of my control so please bear this in mind when ordering. It is not possible to guarantee delivery of items before a specific date and I strongly advise that if you need something a hurry then you upgrade your postage.

Items are not considered lost by Royal Mail until 11 working days have passed. Unless you purchase tracked, there is very little I can do until this date has passed. I'm more than happy to replace or refund items where possible once this time has passed

Custom and personalised orders

I am more than happy to accept custom and personalised orders.

Most of my cards/prints can be personalised and there is space to add this information at the time of purchase. The buyer is responsible for ensuring all personalistion and any messages for the inside of cards, are clear, concise and correct at the time of purchase, including the confirmation email.

Where relevant you should clearly mark the details eg: Date or birth, University name, baby due date etc.

Refunds and exchanges are not available for custom and/or personalised items.

When will I recieve my order

The delivery estimates given by Etsy are for guidance and only and DO NOT take into account increases in seasonal mail, bank holidays or postal delays. Please be aware that during periods like Christmas, items will take longer to arrive and this can be up to 30 days.

Upgrading your shipping to track and trace DOES NOT mean your order is fast tracked. If you need it quickly then please speak to me before placing an order.

Printed items:
These are usually processed and shipped out with 24-48hrs but this can be longer during busy periods. I DO NOT DISPATCH ITEMS THE SAME DAY THEY ARE ORDERED.

Quilled items:
All quilled pieces are made to order and can take longer to dispatch. Please refer to individual items for details

How will my item be sent

All UK and International orders are sent by standard post. This means there is no tracking information available. If you need it tracked, then there is the option to upgrade at the point of purchase.
Greetings Cards - 1st Class for UK orders / Standard International for overseas
Art prints - 1st Class for UK orders / Standard International for overseas
Quilled decorations - 1st Class signed for UK orders / Standard International for overseas

Please be aware that UK 1st Class signed for/Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed service and if you item is urgent then you should select Special Delivery 1pm. Tracked services are Mon-Fri delivery ONLY and do not include Saturday. Once an item leaves my hands then it as the mercy of the postal service.

My order has not arrived

Consumer law allows businesses 30 days to deliver so please allow enough time for for the initial delivery. During busy periods, your order may take longer to reach you. Requests for replacements will only be actioned after an item is considered lost by the postal service and then sent out with the same shipping method selected at the initial time of purchase.

Lost packages
The postal service does not consider a domestic item lost until after 10 working days from the initial day of posting. For international shipping this is 32 working days. Once this time frame has passed I can issue a refund. Please note that after 100 days, lost items are not eligible for a refund

How do I return an item

Please contact me by email or Etsy converstion.

Items need to be returned in an unused condition and in the original packaging.

Please obtain proof of posting and use a track and trace service for your protection.

I am only obliged to refund the cost of standard shipping rates so if you have paid for tracked and traced, these costs will not be refunded.

I will refund you on receipt of returned goods using the same method by which you paid.

Refunds and exchanges are not available for custom and/or personalised items.

My item has been returned back to Beehive Design

If your item is returned back to Beehive Design then please contact me directly.

The item can be re-shipped but the buyer is required to pay the full cost of shipping again.

If you no longer want the item then a full refund will be offered minus the original cost of shipping.

Refunds will not be given on personalised items.

Can I change my address

Yes you can change your address, and this can be done right up until it is shipped. Please send me a message with updated details.

My order was sent to an incorrect/old address

Please ensure that your address is correct at the time of purchase. Once an order has been dispatched I am unable to change where it is shipped too. The item(s) can be re-shipped but the buyer is required to purchase the item again.

My order has arrived late
