Custom and personalized orders

All my listings can be customized and are made to each individual customers/bride colors scheme, flower choice/materials/fillers/stem wrappings/and sizes they are all shown pictures of colors and of each design as well as a final picture of completion as I make each order. Orders are approved before shipping so they are non refundable (on deposits or final payments) after completion and delivery. ADDITIONAL FEES of $50+ per change, may be applied after completion of a design if buyer has change of mind for redying /and or redoing entire bouquet/design.
I always get re verification from each customers wedding arrangements upon starting the order and show pictures of each design so brides know what they are receiving before shipping.

Sizing details

Sizing and details are described in each listing,( the listings are examples/samples of past order and are made to order) unless they are PRE MADE and ready to ship (in that section only) other wise they are made to order and all are customized per order. Please read descriptions for listing size listed and or sizes when purchasing on listing. Etsy lists smallest to largest price on item when multiple sizes are listed.. and if you have questions please contact me and I will help the best I can.
Bridal bouquets are generally X large 9" diameter, 8" large
Bridesmaids can be 7-" med or small 6" bouquets
Jr Bms and hand toss sizes are 5" (10 flowers)
XL are 10" bouquets

Care instructions

Sola wood may have pieces of darker wood bark and natural colorings from the wood itself and sometimes have small holes or imperfections in the flowers..they are not old, worn, or used materials but natural wood fibers.
The flowers are to be kept in a dry and clean place for storage or use, do not place in excessive heat or moisture due to being a wood material. The sola wood flowers and dried flowers are long lasting but keep out of direct light for long periods since dried flowers will fade in time. Dried floral and preserved greens can sometimes attract moths like some foods can do as well, like packaged dried shelf food and flour etc.
You can keep a moth deterrent to help protect or spray the area if needed.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I package all my flowers with papers/bags/bubble wrap..so each items need to be carefully opened, and taken out gently so no flowers/gems/and or dried flowers are damaged from pulling or ripping off packaging. I use recycled papers/bags to help utilize and cut on any wastes or extra fees..

Ordering/Processing times for Custom Orders

Please contact me to set up a custom order with all details from wedding date, style for each design they like in my shop, colors, sizes, quantity of each item, and any extra details as well about flowers or greenery etc. I can add gems/rhinestones/brooches (brooches are additional fees).
++wedding packages go out a month before wedding dates.
Processing times will vary upon each order and wedding date.
++NOTE THAT ETSY ALLOWS ONLY 10 WEEKS IN THEIR SHIPPING TIME FOR CUSTOM ORDERS..THAT DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM ORDERS SINCE TIME FRAMES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON EACH BRIDES WEDDING DATES. I WILL DISCUSS TIME FRAMES WITH EACH BRIDE. PLEASE DISREGARD ETSY AUTOMATED SHIPPING MESSAGES

Custom and personalized orders

I work closely with all brides on custom orders with much time and getting details, sending pics, emails, and working on each order so my time is valuable. If I feel that I have done my best in my abilities to work with a client but I feel there is no pleasing them, I the seller have the right to cancel the order and refund them.
++ COLORS- The colors are shown to my best ability online and colors can vary from lighting, computers, phones, and monitors so if wanting specific colors then a sample fabric or paint print is asked to be sent in mail. NOTE that each design is unique but similar to the designs that are requested but no two are exact due to the hand made nature of each sola wood flower and dye lots can vary.

Lost or damage boxes once shipped

Shipping lost or damages due to USPS postal :
I ship by USPS Priority mail and or ground delivery if applicable on all packages, because I can deliver my items within 2-3 business days and less chances of damages in the shipping world. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages or damaged items while in care of the postal shipping carriers. I insure all packages over $50.00
