3 out of 5 starsYou are under the impression that you are getting all the sizes shown and you don’t you get four 3 small and one large which I don’t need the only one I wanted was the 8x10 and that’s the one of the ones you don’t get sent message still waiting response

Hi Kelly, as per our messages, we do have the 8x10 file ratio (which is also equivalent to the 4x5 file size as explained in our description). We note that you have downloaded all the file size but not the 4x5 file and some technical issues arose because the download was done via phone. When downloading, it is best to use your computer. As you had issues accessing the 4x5 files on your phone, we have sent you the files in chat. Hope your issues have been resolved. Also, the delayed response was due to our time zone difference. Thank you for your understanding!
