Q: Can I use a PO box, parcel locker, or post office address for delivery?
A: Due to courier restrictions, certain delivery locations (such as PO boxes, parcel lockers, and Australia Post-owned properties) may not be eligible for delivery, as some of our couriers, including Sendle and Aramex, are unable to deliver to these locations. To ensure your order arrives without delays, we recommend providing a residential or business address when possible.
If a restricted address is provided and delivery fails, the parcel may be returned to us, and we’ll contact you to arrange alternative options, such as reshipping to a different address or offering a refund.
