You absolutely MUST LEAVE YOUR NEEDBY DATE in the personalization box at checkout and it CANNOT be sooner than my posted turnaround time unless we have agreed upon and you have paid a rush fee for an earlier ship date.


If you have a question about when your order will ship, please message me PRIOR to ordering. Please remember that I can tell you your ship date, but I cannot guarantee your delivery date, as I have no control over when USPS will deliver your item.

 The estimated delivery date that Etsy gives at checkout is just an estimate. It is not a guaranteed delivery date.

SHIPPING INFO: Most tutu outfits ship priority mail to US customers (unless the listing states otherwise) which generally takes about three days. This is just an estimate given by the USPS and is not a guaranteed time frame of delivery. The only way to guarantee a delivery date is for me to ship Express Mail for an additional fee. Please contact me prior to purchasing if you would like to add insurance to your order for an additional charge, as I cannot be responsible for packages once they have left my possession.



RUSH ORDERS: If you need anything sooner than the posted create time, there will be a $25 rush fee per outfit (shirt and tutu) and your item will be made and shipped via priority mail on the date that you and I agree to. Bows, bloomers, etc. are NOT accepted on rush orders. You will be responsible for any upgrade in shipping that you wish to add. Please contact me PRIOR to purchasing about rush orders, as they are not always available. If you purchase something and put in the notes section "rush my order by __", it will be canceled. ALL RUSH ORDERS HAVE TO BE APPROVED BEFORE PURCHASE!!



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: If you are interested in an international order, please contact me and I may be able to accommodate you. I require a 6-8 week notice on all international orders, including Canada. Once an item ships, I cannot be responsible for delays in customs and shipping.



ABOUT MY APPLIQUÉS: All of my appliqués are machine sewn by me on my commercial embroidery machine. They are also heat bonded before being sewn to ensure that they never come off. Everything is custom made for you! If you don't like a color, let me know before you place your order. Colors and/or fabric can be changed on everything!

Bibs are available to match first birthday outfits. They will have a number one and "Birthday Girl" or "Birthday Boy" monogrammed on them. If you are interested in adding a bib to your order, please message me for a custom listing. They are $19.95.
