No, the watch movement of the cufflinks / necklaces does not move, turn, wind, or tick. It cannot tell time and no longer function as a watch.

The delivery time provided in our shop policy, FAQ, & listing's delivery estimate date is only an estimate for non-Holiday season. The transit time for your package is NOT GUARANTEE. If you need the package to arrive before a specific date, we strongly recommend you to add the appropriate express shipping upgrade. Please contact us prior to place the order so we can recommend the right shipping upgrade for you.

Return is accepted only if item is significantly different from item description. Order shipped out within our processing time but not arrive in time is not considered as acceptable reason.

Item must be returned in its original condition for refund. Buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refund is made after we have received the item in the mail. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. The only valid address for return is our address in Hamilton, ON, Canada. Only use local post office to return item (no UPS, FedEx, DHL). Parcel must be declared as Return Goods on Customs Form.

Return request must be made in writing within 14 calendar days after item delivery. Shipping upgrade is not refundable. No Exchange or repair service.

Order will be shipped from Ontario in Canada (No Local Pick Up).

Processing Time: We process order within 5 business days after payment. Processing time is time it takes before your order leaves our shop. It is not the same as shipping time.

Estimated arrival time displayed on the item listing is only an estimate. We do NOT GUARANTEE the parcel will arrive by estimated arrival time.

For free / standard shipping to major urban centres during NON-HOLIDAY season is (exclude the time it takes to process order):
★ USA: 2 - 4 weeks (by Canada Post's Tracked Packet USA or Chit Chats US Edge).
★ CANADA: 2 - 4 weeks (Canada Post Regular Parcel or Expedited Parcel)

Free or standard shipping to USA is shipped by either Canada Post's Tracked Packet USA (default) or Chit Chats US Edge.

In some cases, we may made special arrangement with Chit Chats Express Inc to bring your parcel from Canada to USA to ship from USA instead (if possible) at no additional cost. In this case, order will be shipped via "USPS First Class or Ground Advantage". Canpar (3rd party pickup carrier of Chit Chats) will pick up the parcel & deliver to Chit Chats. Chit Chats will clear Custom, cross the CAN-USA border & submit the parcel to USPS in USA for mailing in the US mail stream. You will be able to track the package from Chit Chats to final delivery destination. Buyer is responsible for paying duties, tariffs, tax, customs fee

EXPEDITED SHIPPING TO USA during Non-Holiday Season (with Tracking):
► USPS Priority EXPRESS via Chit Chats Express Inc (4 - 6 business days delivery): $60 - $75 USD (this option is not always available). The parcel will be sent to a courier to bring the parcel to Chit Chats Express. Chit Chats Express will cross the CAN/US border & deposit the parcel into the US post office. USPS Priority Express will deliver the parcel to final destination.
► EMS Xpresspost USA (7 - 10 business days delivery): $43 - $75 USD.

Shipping Upgrade are not refundable if the order is subsequently returned. Business Day is Mon-Fri exclude Carrier Public Holiday.

A parcel is considered delivered when it is delivered to recipient's address (mailbox, front door, front desk, reception area, mail room, porch, safe drop location, etc) or recipient's neighbor as per postal procedure. We are not responsible for parcel successfully delivered & subsequently stolen from the recipient's /neighbor's address.

If parcel is lost during transit or damage in transit occurred, do not throw away the packaging or content. Refund will only be given if buyer cooperates with insurance claim investigation by providing photos of the damaged packaging & items and signed statement of not receiving. Recipient of the parcel may be asked to take the damaged item & its packaging to his/her USPS local post office for inspection.

If a package was returned to us by the Post Office / shipping carrier because there is an error / incomplete information in the shipping address provided by the buyer, the buyer failed to pick up the package from their local post office, buyer refused the package, or the buyer refused to pay for Customs fees & taxes, the buyer is responsible for the actual cost associated with resending the package to the recipient with tracking & signature (USA: $25 - $75 USD, Canada: $20 - $75 CAD).

For USA: US Sale Tax are added at checkout (for applicable states). Etsy collects and remits US Sale Tax to US Tax Authorities.

For CANADA customer: GST/HST is automatically included in the listing price. QST for Quebec, RST for Manitoba, PST for British Columbia, and PST for Saskatchewan are added at checkout by Etsy. Etsy collects and remits QST, RST, PST to tax authorities.
