All our accessories are handmade to order and depending on the design and materials, it takes 1-3 weeks to make your item of choice before shipment

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. If you need an item rushed, please contact me before placing your order to ensure a rush order can be accommodated. :)

US-Canada orders: We ship using the regular service to help keep your shipping costs low, this option does NOT include a tracking number. Please use at your own risk. You’ll have the option to upgrade your shipping method during checkout.

Some accessories may qualify for FREE shipping. FREE shipping is provided by the lowest cost means possible and DOES NOT include tracking as well.

We are not responsible if your items arrive damaged or get lost in the mail, by purchasing from our shop you are agreeing to our shop policies.

If you need an item rushed, please contact me before placing your order to ensure a rush order can be accommodated. :)

- That delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed by our shipping providers. Unfortunately, we do not have control over any subsequent delivery delays that take place after the item is shipped.
- Seller is not responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, damaged items or undelivered packages once items have been shipped. In the rare event of failure, please contact us with any questions or concerns.

- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, and/or duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations.
- Delays at customs are rare but occasionally happen. Please note that such delays are beyond our control.

-All of our items are sent in perfect condition and very well packed.
- Every item is handmade individually, therefore all sales are final, unless the item will be different than the description or faulty.
-Unfortunately, due to the high-expense of shipping our products to you, shipping costs are non-refundable after the item has shipped.
-Custom made orders are non-returnable.

- Newborn Headband (0 - 1 year) - size: 13.5 inches unstretched
- Baby Headband (1 - 3 years) - size: 15 inches unstretched
- Child Headband (3 years plus) - size: 16.5 inches unstretched

Our headband sizes are just a general guideline, every head has a different shape and size. If these measurements do not work for you, please provide head measurements at checkout. A refund will not be given if you select the wrong size.

- Yes, we love to make custom and personalized orders. Just send us a message and we can work with you to come up with something in your favourite colour, style and theme that you can wear for years to come.
- We are glad to send your purchase to someone else's address if it is meant for a gift, but please specify it at checkout. If you'd like to say something to them too, please specify it at checkout also.

Gift wrapping and packaging
We favour Environmentally Friendly Packaging over traditional packaging methods so you will not find gift wrap paper on our gift packaging options.
