Welcome and thank you for your interest in our beautiful gemstones and jewellery!
We have a varied range of gorgeous gemstones from around the world and it is our great pleasure to show them to you in our Etsy shop – We hope you like them!
We specialize in Sapphires and Spinels because we love the splendid range of colors that they come in and their magnificent luster.
We also occasionally have a selection of facet rough gemstones. So if you would like to have your own very special gemstone cut to your requirements you have that option!
Also available are cultured gemstones - Especially sapphires and in particular peach sapphires. This gives you the opportunity to have a stunning gemstones at a fraction of the cost of it's natural counterpart!
Please ask if you don’t see what you want listed in our shop, we may have it in stock!
Layaway options available on most gems and jewellery!
We are happy to create layaway reservations on any gemstone or jewellery over $100 in value.. If you have a layaway plan in mind just ask!
We are happy to make a refund once the item purchased is returned to us...This is normal practice for us.
We once received a one star rating from a customer who ordered a ring just weeks before she got married but didn't follow up the postal service tracking until the last minute and then demanded a refund before she had fully checked out the situation or received the ring - Our very many other customers have been very happy with our service!
We obviously have no control over the postal service which is free of charge . As an alternative we offer EMS shipping service at extra cost to the purchaser - This carries full insurance. We will always make a refund once the item is returned undamaged within the 14 day evaluation period!
This does not apply to custom made items which are non returnable as they are made to your specific instructions.

At this time we accept Paypal as our preferred payment method until Etsy allow other countries to use the credit card services they offer. Paypal if very easy to use so please don’t be put off! If you prefer you could make a bank transfer (please contact us for details).
Shipping
We will ship your order within 3 working days of when your full payment clears. Custom orders for jewellery will take the time mentioned in the listings.
All orders will be shipped free via International signed for airmail which would normally be with you in 10 to 14 days. This is a letter post service and a signature is required upon receipt.
Please note that if you live outside of the EU (European Union) area you may be charged customs duty to import goods into your country and this is at your cost.
EMS courier service is available and is a fully insured courier express service and normally takes 7 working days.
Please ask if you wish to use this service which is at additional cost...Cost for a 100 grams is $35 and this will hold many gemstones. Delivery is normally within 4-5 working days. Please let us have your phone number for this service so that the courier can contact you in necessary.
Combining
If you would like to purchase multiple stones then please advise and we will ship them altogether once full payment is received. Generally combining is over a period of 10 days from the purchase of the first item.
