Custom and personalized orders

We offer customization and personalization options for you. It means that you can order a world map or map of any country or region in any color, material, size and language.
We will suit your wishes to make your own unique design.Before we start creating a map, we send this design along for your approval! Besides, we can make a digital model of a map on your wall, so you can check how it fits your interior!

Wholesale availability

Yes, wholesale is available. Please, contact us for more details.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We can provide a special gift-wrap or greeting card
at your desire. Let us know and we will assist you with a choice.

Shipping Information

Please always check your spelling on your order details to facilitate shipping. Mistakes on order details may lead to the loss of your order. We refund postage and packing charges only in case of our mistake. We also can`t refund shipping fees for refused or undelivered parcels.

What to do in case the post looses my order?

No worries, you will not lose your money! As soon as the delivery agent confirms that the package is lost according to its tracking number, we will send you a new map or refund your order, whichever you prefer.

How can I return/exchange my order?

- Customized (personalised) products are NOT subject to return and exchange due to their nature.
- Other products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after receiving.
- In case of exchange all shipping costs are paid by Customer.
- The exchange is only possible AFTER we receive the original product in a proper condition.
- The refund for returned product is only possible AFTER we receive the original product in a proper condition

Shipping and delivery delays

The estimated shipping time shows how long it will take to deliver your order. However, please remember that international shipping is unpredictable and delays may happen at the customs. For international orders, once the package has left Ukraine, your local post service becomes responsible for it. Please, do not hesitate to
contact us if you have any problems tracking your order, or it stays too long in the customs. We will do our best to help you.

Order preparation

Preparation of our world maps takes 2 weeks. For natural wood maps, maps with moss and metal elements and custom orders, it takes 3 weeks, because it is a more labour intensive process.
Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, not including weekends.
REMEMBER: production and shipping are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term.

What languages do you make maps in?

We can make a map in any language at your desire! All you need is to specify the language you need in the comments to your order.
