5 out of 5 starsBetter than expected, however the plexiglass is probably susceptible to damage during manufacturing. The plexiglass was scratched severely near the edges near the metal framing. Could indicate either a quality control problem or a manufacturing problem. They still worked out 100% fine for me.

Custom sizes - unfortunately, we cannot offer the right of return or exchange custom products made to your order and therefore returns are not possible.
Damage
Product might be damaged, even though the box has minor dents – for example if it was stepped on during delivery. Please make photos of the damage and box and waybill. This is the only way we can claim this to the courier. Product cannot be used before damage is reported, otherwise claim will not be accepted. For example, if you frame a poster and report damage afterwards, it will not be accepted as we cannot prove to the courier company it got damaged in transport and not while framing. Damage needs to be reported within 3 days of delivery to be accepted.You do not need to return a damaged product. We make these frames in our workshop, so we will send you the damaged parts or new product - app. 7 working days needed for dispatch.

Shipping fee - how many frames can be shipped for one shipping fee?
Shipping limits vary by location. Depending on the frame size we can ship from 2 large (29x40in), up to 6-14 medium sized frames and even 15-20 of the smallest items in 1 package. This cannot be calculated automatically, so if you are planning to order a larger amount please contact me first and I will check if your order fits in one standard package because it may require 2 or more shipping fees. Alternatively, I will contact you after purchase.
