How many invitations are included in the price?
All products in the shop are digital files, sent either via email or instant download in Etsy. You may print as many as you want for personal use.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the electronic nature of our items, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges after the personalized file has been sent. If you need a cancellation or wish to exchange the design you purchased for a different template, please let us know immediately. If no work has been done, we are happy meet your request.

Can the colors or wording be changed?
On any of our personalized items, yes! Colors, font, and wording can all be changed with no extra fees. You can include any changes in the “Note to Seller” section when purchasing. Please note that all instant downloads come as is.
Where do I get them printed?
You can print at any print shop, photo center, online print site, or from home.
What size are the invitations and can they be re-sized?
All invitations and announcements are formatted to 5x7. Thank you cards are formatted to 4x6. Other items will have the size listed in the description. Invitations and custom items can be any size you want. Please specify in the "Note to Seller" section.

How long does it take to receive my file?
A proof will be emailed within 1-3 business days after payment and information are received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
*Proofs will be emailed to the email address associated with the Etsy account. If you would like your proofs sent to a different email, please specify in the "Note to Seller" section when purchasing.
Can I edit the files myself?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide editable files and will need all information prior to us beginning work on your order. We do offer unlimited changes after purchase to ensure you are happy with the final design.
Will the colors print exactly as they appear on my screen?
Not always. Colors may vary from monitor to monitor and printer to printer. We are not responsible for poor printing quality and always encourage you to do a test print first. If you find the colors are not printing correctly, please contact us and we will be happy to do all we can to adjust them to your liking.
*Our files that have gold foil or glitter will print as shown. They do not print textured but are a high quality image that prints flat on the invitation.
What kind of paper do I need to purchase for the invitation to look like the template?
Invitations will print as you see on the screen onto white card stock or photo paper. If using a print shop, we recommend using either a matte or linen card stock that is at least 80lb-111lb. Photo centers will us basic photo paper and we recommend choosing the matte finish.
Type of paper used is personal preference. We recommend asking to see samples and even a proof prior to printing.
