All items are shipped from Hong Kong or Shanghai(China-our source supply place) or the US:
For USA, 4-10 business days on the way, via USPS;
For Canada, 10-15 business days on the way, via Canada Post;
For United Kingdom, 6-8 business days on the way, via Royal Mail;
For Germany, 8-11 business days on the way, via Hermes DE;
For France, 8-10 business days on the way, via La Poste;
For Australia: 6-8 business days on the way, via TOLL;
For other countries, 5-18 business days on the way, via local shipping service providers or China EMS.

ABOUT DUTY FEES
About duty fees, don't worry, we use Liner Logistics, all duty-free in most cases.
For US domestic and Canada orders, all duty-free;
For Europe, Etsy already includes tax, so also duty-free;
For other countries, our declared value is much lower than the local tariff initiation point(as it's small items), so also duty-free for small items.
However, for wholesale, due to high quantity, heavy quality and large packaging, the declared value may be higher, but the value of customs declaration depends on the policies of different countries, normally we will fill it according to your need, that's possible for duty-free or low duty.
ABOUT FREE SHIPPING
We use Liner Logistics, faster, more timely delivery, all FREE SHIPPING for most countries.
For few countries, such as India/Czech Republic/Cyprus/etc., Liner Logistics may be unavailable, so NO FREE SHIPPING, by default via FedEx(about $21) for these countries, and TEL, Tax ID, or IEC/PAN may be required by FedEx.
Sure, if you still want free shipping, shipment from Shanghai is possible, via China EMS(EUB) for these countries(such as Switzerland, Sweden), but slower(2-3 weeks on the way), if so I'll tell you first after you place one order.
ABOUT RETURN POLICY
About Returns and Exchanges, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
For international orders, normally the shipping is more expensive than the original value of the goods, if you want to return them, that's not cost-effective for you, our suggestion: Please determine the size that you need carefully before purchasing or contact us first😀
