Please note that WhatsApp Business receives access to the address book of the mobile device used by us for this purpose and automatically transfers telephone numbers stored in the address book to a server of the parent company Facebook Inc. in the USA. To operate our WhatsApp business account, we use a mobile device whose address book only stores the WhatsApp contact data of users who have also contacted us via WhatsApp.

7) Use of customer data for direct advertising
7.1 Registration for our e-mail newsletter
If you register for our e-mail newsletter, we will send you information about our offers on a regular basis. The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your e-mail address. The provision of further data is voluntary and is used to address you personally. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for sending the newsletter. This means that we will only send you an e-mail newsletter if you have expressly confirmed to us that you consent to receiving the newsletter. We will then send you a confirmation email asking you to confirm that you want to receive the newsletter in the future by clicking on the relevant link.
By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to use your personal data in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR. When you register for the newsletter, we store your IP address entered by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration in order to be able to track possible misuse of your e-mail address at a later date. The data collected by us when registering for the newsletter will be used exclusively for the purpose of advertising via the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided in the newsletter or by sending a message to the person responsible at the beginning. After you have unsubscribed, your e-mail address will be deleted from our newsletter mailing list immediately, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.
7.2 Sending the e-mail newsletter to existing customers
If you have provided us with your e-mail address when purchasing goods or services, we reserve the right to regularly send you offers for similar goods or services from our assortment by e-mail. In accordance with § 7 (3) UWG, we do not need to obtain separate consent from you. The data processing takes place solely on the basis of our legitimate interest in personalized direct mail in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If you have initially objected to the use of your e-mail address for this purpose, we will not send you an e-mail. You are entitled to object to the use of your e-mail address for the aforementioned advertising purpose at any time with effect for the future by notifying the person responsible named at the beginning. For this, you will only incur transmission costs according to the basic tariffs. After receipt of your objection, the use of your e-mail address for advertising purposes will be stopped immediately.
7.3 Sending the newsletter via MailChimp
Our e-mail newsletters are sent via the technical service provider The Rocket Science Group, LLC d / b / a MailChimp, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA (https: //eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.mailchimp.com%2F&data=05%7C01%7C%7C30bf7275fe30450968c808db6992b330%7Cd04f47175a6e4b98b3f96918e0385f4c%7C0%7C0%7C638219851488285097%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000%7C% 7C% 7C & sdata = Eo% 2BMrk% 2Fi6b% 2Fb4tNlbI8ZMh4lnoHuqkuSLQuCf% 2FmlPBQ% 3D & reserved = 0), to whom we pass on the data you provided when registering for the newsletter. This disclosure is carried out in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR and serves our legitimate interest in using an effective, secure and user-friendly newsletter system. Please note that your data is usually transferred to a MailChimp server in the USA and stored there.
MailChimp uses this information for sending and statistical evaluation of the newsletter on our behalf. For the evaluation, the e-mails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which represent one-pixel image files that are stored on our website. This makes it possible to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links have been clicked. With the help of web beacons, Mailchimp automatically creates general, non-personal statistics about the response behavior to newsletter campaigns. On the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation of the newsletter campaigns to optimize advertising communication and better alignment with the interests of the recipient, the web beacons in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR also collect data of the respective newsletter recipient (e-mail address, Time of retrieval, IP address, browser type and operating system) and used. This data allows individual conclusions to be drawn about the newsletter recipient and is processed by Mailchimp for the automated generation of statistics that show whether a specific recipient has opened a newsletter message.
If you want to deactivate the data analysis for statistical evaluation purposes, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter.
MailChimp may also use this data in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR due to its own legitimate interest in the needs-based design and optimization of the service as well as for market research purposes, for example, to determine which countries the recipients come from. However, MailChimp does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass them on to third parties.
To protect your data in the USA, we have concluded a data processing agreement with MailChimp on the basis of the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission to enable the transmission of your personal data to MailChimp. This data processing contract can be viewed at the following Internet address: https://eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fmailchimp.com%2Flegal%2Fdata-processing-addendum%2F&data=05% 7C01%7C%7C30bf7275fe30450968c808db6992b330%7Cd04f47175a6e4b98b3f96918e0385f4c%7C0%7C0%7C638219851488285097%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=LJZ7A44h%2BqOSm8VLnflkKfEsVs%2B7RfKfLKi%2FVYdn77s%3D&reserved=0

8) Data processing for order processing
8.1 To process your order, we work together with the following service provider (s), who support us in whole or in part in the execution of concluded contracts. Certain personal data is transmitted to these service providers in accordance with the following information.
The personal data collected by us will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery as part of the contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. We pass on your payment data to the commissioned credit institution as part of payment processing, if this is necessary for payment processing. If payment service providers are used, we will explicitly inform you about this below. The legal basis for the transfer of data is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
8.2 We work with external shipping partners to fulfill our contractual obligations to our customers. We pass on your name and delivery address and, if necessary for the delivery, your telephone number, exclusively for the purpose of the delivery of goods, Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR, to a shipping partner selected by us.
8.3 Use of payment service providers (payment services)
- Apple Pay
If you choose the payment method Apple Distribution International (Apple), Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, the payment is processed via the Apple Pay function of your terminal device operated with iOS, watchOS or macOS by debiting a payment card stored with Apple Pay. Apple Pay uses security features built into your device hardware and software to protect your transactions. To approve a payment, you must enter a code that you previously specified and verify it using the Face ID or Touch ID function on your device.
For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provide during the ordering process, along with the information about your order, will be passed on to Apple in encrypted form. Apple then encrypts this data again with a developer-specific key before the data is transmitted to the payment service provider of the payment card stored in Apple Pay. The encryption ensures that only the website where the purchase was made can access the payment data. After the payment is made, Apple will send your device account number as well as a transaction-specific, dynamic security code to the home website to confirm the payment success.
If personal data is processed in the described transfers, the processing takes place exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Apple retains anonymized transaction data, including the approximate purchase amount, approximate date and time, and whether the transaction was successfully completed. Through the anonymization, a personal reference is completely excluded. Apple uses the anonymized data to improve Apple Pay and other Apple products and services.
When you use Apple Pay on the iPhone or Apple Watch to complete a purchase made through Safari on the Mac, the Mac and the authorization device communicate over an encrypted channel on the Apple servers. Apple does not process or store any of this information in a format that can be used to identify you. You can turn off the ability to use Apple Pay on your Mac in your iPhone's settings. Go to Wallet & Apple Pay and uncheck Allow Payments on Mac.
Further information on data protection at Apple Pay can be found at the following Internet address: https://eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fsupport.apple.com%2Fde-de%2FHT203027&data=05 %7C01%7C%7C30bf7275fe30450968c808db6992b330%7Cd04f47175a6e4b98b3f96918e0385f4c%7C0%7C0%7C638219851488285097%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=tomAtIxumWykjgntf0HH4586DxC8CaIOOL0pmkBuYzU%3D&reserved=0
- Google Pay
If you choose the payment method “Google Pay” from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”), the payment is processed via the “Google Pay” application of yours with at least Android 4.4 (“KitKat”) and a mobile device with an NFC function by debiting a payment card stored with Google Pay or a payment system verified there (e.g. PayPal). For the approval of a payment via Google Pay in the amount of more than € 25, the prior unlocking of your mobile device is required by the verification measure set up in each case (such as face recognition, password, fingerprint or sample).
For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provide during the ordering process will be passed on to Google, along with the information about your order. Google then transmits your payment information stored in Google Pay in the form of a unique transaction number to the original website, which is used to verify a payment. This transaction number does not contain any information about the real payment data of your means of payment stored with Google Pay, but is created and transmitted as a one-time valid numeric token. For all transactions via Google Pay, Google only acts as an intermediary for processing the payment process. The transaction is carried out exclusively in the relationship between the user and the source website by debiting the means of payment stored with Google Pay.
If personal data is processed in the described transfers, the processing takes place exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

This includes the date, time and amount of the transaction, merchant location and description, a description of the purchased goods or services provided by the merchant, photos that you have attached to the transaction, the name and email address of the seller and buyer or the sender and recipient, the payment method used, your description of the reason for the transaction and, if applicable, the offer associated with the transaction.
According to Google, this processing takes place exclusively in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of the legitimate interest in the proper accounting, the verification of process data and the optimization and functional maintenance of the Google Pay service.
Google also reserves the right to merge the processed process data with other information that is collected and stored by Google when using other Google services.
