Before you check out, please write your personalization instructions for each item in the personalization box in the listing. Then we will custom the items per your request.
Are proofs or mockups available before the order is shipped?
Because of tight production schedule, sorry that we don't provide proofs and mockups before shipment. But we will make every item carefully and beautifully.

Freely upgrade to expedited shipping with purchase of 5 or more watches (any watches). It usually delivers in about 6-8 BUSINESS DAYS to the US, Canada and most of European and Asian countries. So if you buy 5 or more items, please CHOOSE STANDARD SHIPPING AT CHECKOUT and we will send you the order by expedited service.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We surely can do personal/gift notes for you, just leave the instruction when you place the order, and we will copy & paste and include it on a nice piece of designed postcard .
However, we don't offer gift wrap or personalization on the box. Our box is made of tan colored cardboard and has our logo “Stay Fine” on top and it’s really easy to wrap :)
Custom and personalized orders
We use laser engraving, which means it lasts forever.
Please take care of your text since we're not responsible for any typo provided by the customer. If two slightly different version is provided, the typed instruction overrides the original version.
Care instructions
WALLET: It's good practice to gently wipe or brush your purse regularly to remove the daily build up of dust and dirt which can build up.
Do spot clean any stains with warm water.
Don't machine wash leather.
Try your best not to get it wet wherever possible.
