Hi Tori! Thank you so much for your purchase. Every keychain comes covered in a thin plastic film coating to protect it during transit. If you gently peel at the edge of the acrylic, it should peel away. This film is on both sides. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Hi Abraham, thanks for your review! every keychain comes with a plastic film that needs to be removed. This is to protect the acrylic keychain in transit. Make sure you remove the film from both sides of the zygarde charm. If the acrylic itself has scratches, let me know and I’d be happy to replace it for you.

5 out of 5 starsThis Zygarde acrylic is really cool; it's a bit thicker than your standard acrylic, but it has all the cute little cells inside. It also has a protective film that you can remove. There is a slight iridescent gloss on the acrylic as well. You will need to buy the other Zygarde acrylic if you want to pair it with the lanyard. It even came in a cute little bag and some stickers. 10/10.

5 out of 5 starsThe Zygarde acrylic is so cute, this one is a standard thinness, and comes with a protective film that you can remove. The lanyard is really nice as well, I wish it was a standard size, but the quality is professional enough to be an official product.
