What are your hours of operation?
Jaye Bird is open from 10am - 5pm EST. Monday - Thursday. We are not open on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on holidays. Any messages received during non-work hours will receive a response the following work day.

How long does the invitation process take?
A typical invitation suite is completed in 6-8 weeks. However, I recommend reaching out 6+ months in advance for a custom invitation suite as my schedule books up quickly as I only take on a few clients a month.
I recommend purchasing 8-12 weeks in advance of your "need by" date for a semi-custom invitation suite. This gives us plenty of time to perfect and print your suite.
Tip - wedding invitations are typically mailed 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding :)
When will I receive my invites? How will they be delivered to me?
Invitations will arrive at your indicated address, directly from me in my studio in Vero Beach, FL. While I outsource my printing to a professional printer who specializes in stationery, orders are first shipped to me for quality inspection and packaging.
I mail invitations Priority Mail via USPS. After approval, invitations will take 3 weeks to arrive at your door.
Jaye Bird is not responsible for delays or damage that may occur during shipping. Fortunately this is an extremely rare occurrence as I will do everything in my power to package your invitations to minimize delivery damage.

What if something is wrong with my order? Do you offer refunds?
I ask that you check your invitations within (3) days after receiving them in the mail. If there are any errors with the quantities you received or if your invites look different than your approved proof, please notify me immediately and I have them reprinted and shipped as soon as possible.

Why are all your reviews about wrapping paper?
I used to sell wrapping paper with my custom watercolor designs. However, I have pivoted my business this year to focus exclusively on wedding invitations.
