Jewelry always fascinated me. I always think that a piece that you wear on your everyday life, or you chose only for special moments is something that connects you with memories, people , places. It is not only the material that makes it worthy . It keeps inside it the power of the moment you bought it or you accepted it as a gift from a beloved person. It is something special with life in it. It has the story of the maker,the owner,your memories and feelings .
I make and collect jewellery since i remember my self . I've studied interior design , and work for long time as a designer but always created jewelry for me or my loved ones .
After big stressful episodes and painful times , i decided to do what i love in this short life. So i stopped my previous job and start little by little to built my etsy shop. I already had the knowledge and the tools to make it , since I was attending to any seminar I found about silversmith .
As soon as I decided to turn my passion to my real job , everything got better .
I like to see my jewellery like little stories and this is how I draw my inspiration from. Even if it s a more realistic design, like #microcosmos, where #mitsos is the hero of our story, or more geometric with lines and circles that don't want to be perfect.
I use silver and bronze, trying to also re use any leftovers by giving them a new "life". Packaging also is consisting of natural materials like paper or wooden buttons trying to avoid anything plastic.
One of the most important roles in the jewellery construct process is been held by my 4-leg co-worker, Pheve, who is specialised in sleeping while I am working.
My goal is to, always, keep the "story box" full , keep creating little pieces of art and hopping you will give them new life by wearing them and connecting important moment of your life with them. Jewelry is a statement and a way of expression , for both the creator and the wearer . It builds a secret connection between them. From the love that the creator gives to the piece , to the new experiences the wearer will interlace it with .
