Where are you based?

I am based in Philadelphia, PA. I offer local pick up options if you are willing to come to me, shoot me an email at hello [!at] kwtdesigns.com to arrange a local pick up.

When is your next in person event?

I am a regular at a few local Philly / NJ area markets including - the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market, the Philadelphia Punk Rock Flea Market and the Asbury Park Punk Rock Flea Market. Follow my page on Facebook @kwtallantdesigns for a more up to date schedule of my upcoming events and markets!

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 days. You will receive a shipping email containing a tracking number when your order is shipped.

Please note that all orders containing preorder pins will not ship until the pins arrive to me; a general estimate being 2-3 weeks from the order being placed. All preorder pin listings will say so several times in the description. Please contact me if you are interested in a better estimate of when preorders will be arriving to me.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If it is not, please contact me at hello [!at] kwtdesigns.com asap. I will not refund or replace items, because they are sent to the wrong address.

I am not responsible for any loss or delay from shipping. I am not responsible for any loss due to the post office or any loss due to pin falling off their backers. I am not responsible for customs fees.

What if my order is lost/never delivered?

Unfortunately, once a package leaves my hand it is beyond my control. If you have any questions about your tracking/delivery information, please contact your local post office. If you have already contacted your local post office and they were unable to help you, send me an email at hello [!at] kwtdesigns.com and we can work something out.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! It is $7 USD flat rate to ship anywhere in the world.

Is _____ ever coming back?

In general all items that I make in the shop are incredibly limited runs and do not return; this particularly applies for pins and patches as the minimum quantities are quite high. This means that nothing lasts that long! If you are interested in an item there is no guarantee it will be there in the future. Please do not contact me about past items that are no longer available in the shop (this especially includes vans and Stitchin’ & Bitchin’ pins), they're not coming back!

Do you offer custom pins/patches?

No. I cannot accept custom orders of pin or patch designs. I do not produce these items in house and am subject to minimum orders through my manufacturer.
