Can I wash my towel in the washing machine?

Yes! If you are machine washing, use cold water and do not add fabric softener. Your towel will become more absorbent with each wash and fabric softener can work against the absorbency. For drying, use the gentle or low cycle or you can air dry!

Can your towels be used as a regular shower towel?

Yes! Traditionally, our Aegean towels are used as a shower/beach towel. Our Aegean towels are a customer favourite due to their fast drying abilities, absorbency and versatility. Many of our customers use our towels as beach towels, scarves, shawls, blankets, tablecloths, etc.

Is there a main difference between towels?

Yes! Our towels range from different thicknesses, designs, and colors. Also some towels are softer than others, however they are all very absorbent. Please feel free to inquire about anything!

Do you accept returns and issue refunds?

We can accept returns provided that the product has not been used and is in its original condition. You will need to pay for the cost of shipping to send the items back to us, and we will deduct a 15% restocking fee to cover our costs. We will then issue a refund once we receive the product back.

We will only accept returns/exchanges within 10 days of receiving the order.
