I purchased this item months ago and never received it. The seller doesn't respond to messages. Furthermore it said simple ribbon will be mailed 1-3 days and was not.

I have not received the item yet, and I have not received any information as to when the item will ship. I have sent 2 messages with no response from seller. I understand her page says it’s wedding season and they are busy, but a simple reply to a message goes a long way. If I could I would cancel my order.

I am very disappointed with how this shop did not send out my order and would not respond to any of the emails that I sent. I have gotten a refund from etsy and have already ordered from another shop and they are sending it out already.

it wasn't a sash.. it was a 1 1/2 inch wide ribbon. a very long ribbon, but still just a ribbon.

I have reached out to this vendor 3 times and have not heard anything from them. I ordered on the 7th and it is now the 18th. No response at all as to when it will be shipped. It's in Texas and I live in Dallas. Not sure what the problem is. Would love an update or refund. Her automatic response says if you purchased a sash(that is all I purchased) the turn around time was 1-3 days.

The Sash is very nice but in the picture the Sash looks bigger.
