Shipping Policies:

If you’re not happy with the quality of your order, you can ship it back to us for a refund (shipping covered by you). Undelivered orders are eligible for a refund up to a maximum of $150, minus any shipping costs incurred by the seller, unless your order is covered by Etsy insurance (in which case, it may qualify for a full refund. This only applies to orders purchased with Etsy shipping labels in certain countries).
