All orders are sent via royal mail first class (flat items) or for larger items via Royal Mail Tracked 48. 1st class takes 1-2 working days and Tracked 48 takes around 3 to 4 working days typically *please note this is after dispatch*. Any parcels going via tracked 48 will get a tracking number viewable on your order page. Royal Mail don't class an item as lost until 10 working days after the due date. If after that time your order still hasn't arrived please message me via Etsy and I will look into it asap. Orders that are over £20 will be sent tracked.

I have tried to make the description of my 90s nostalgia boxes as detailed as possible, but if you would like a more clearer idea what to expect hop over to my instagram (link somewhere on this page!) where I frequently post pictures of the 90s boxes I post out.

All my orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class (flat items) which should take 2 working day after dispatch and everything else goes via Tracked 48. Please note my dispatch time is usually 1-3 days but can take up to 5 days. I can't guarantee an arrival date so if you need your order by a certain date it is best to message me (via etsy) first to see if it is possible and avoid disappointment. Also take into account any delays postage services may be facing at that time.

*Until the tarriff/EU regulation issues are sorted all international (and NI) orders are unfortunately paused* I am pleased to offer international shipping outside of the UK on all stickers, prints and zines. All international orders are sent via Royal Mail worldwide tracked at a flat rate of £7.85. Royal Mail quote delivery time to be around 5 working days (although it does depend where you are). Please note that is after dispatch. I charge a flat rate of shipping so you can buy as many things as you want and pay the same postage :)
Please be aware that any custom charges that incur are your responsibility so you may want to check before ordering.

Yes! If you are a independent business and would like to stock my stuff in your shop please send me a message with a bit of info about where you would like to stock my stuff and I will send you a price list. My wholesale price list is tailored for small businesses looking to buy in small batches.

All items are gift wrapped using recyclable packaging where I can. I do put prints and zines in plastic packs to protect against water damage but if you would rather me just put them in the card envelope as they are leave a note with your order :)
Parcels are sent out in card envelopes, jiffy bags and boxes- please reuse or recycle if you can.

I'm afraid I don't offer a custom badge service. There are lots of businesses that do offer this here on etsy though :)

In line with EU laws I offer returns for all customers within Europe. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item and the return postage is your responsibility (unless the item is damaged or faulty). Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition they were sent. I do not offer returns on earrings unless they are damaged.
For customers outside of Europe I only offer returns if the item is damaged or faulty.
